U.S. and Russian Buttons

Vintage military buttons in very good condition. I found these buttons and other items in and old cigar box, near a dumpster which was right beside it. The American button on the back reads: Waterbury Button Co. Conn. Russian button on the back has different numbers and Russian writing which I can't decipher but does have the hammer and sickle emblem. I hope someone can recognize the Russian Buttons.
