Made in 1980-90s to sell to doll collectors not as a toy. These were sold to look like Antique dolls when prices for antique dolls were very high . There were many many companies producing these types of porcelain dolls and all in different quality too some much better than others . The market for them has bottomed out and the market is flooded with them . She was not a high quality doll when sold so expect that she will not have a big value . They make nice display dolls is all . Look at back of her neck it may say makers name :-)
