Bought it at a barn sale . I love it!
It’s very heavy . It’s got a concave bottom. I’ve never seen a milk can with this design on the metal, just smooth metal. This can has character. I also collected this old Oil well Explosives crate. “Atlas” Wilmington Delaware US

That is not like any cream / milk can I have ever seen
i saw a very similar one recently which had American Petroleum Co. [or something like that - maybe Standard Petroleum Co.?].
