I’m not really entirely sure what this is?
I’m wondering if it’s actually upside down in the picture and missing a base?
The tube is hollow and has a hole in both ends.
    It’s all glass.
Uranium I’m guessing because of the glow.
Any help as to what it is would be appreciated.

It certainly looks like the upper part of a Victorian palm tree vase & clearly by the same manufacturer as mine...I noticed some sort of black stain/discolouration where the base should be...it's got me wondering if it may have had a different kind of base, perhaps it was once set into a metal stand of some kind?
Personally I've not seen a palm tree vase set in a metal stand (eg, silver plate, bronze, etc), but that doesn't mean it didn't happen. Maybe this one was once part of a larger, more elaborate item such as an epergne or table centrepiece. There were many unusual & fanciful decorative items made in art glass in the 19th century...often combining glass elements with metal fittings. Either that, or this piece has suffered some major damage. Still interesting, though!

Yes I think it’s smoke stain?
It’s strange as it doesn’t seem to have broken areas I would have expected from the missing base.
I originally wondered if it was part of a epergne but couldn’t find anything like it until I found your vases, it was the reason I signed up to this page lol.
Thanks for your help though. It is a quirky little thing for sure.

The hole in it suggests it could have once been set into something...so an epernge of some sort is a good possibility. A palm tree epergne sounds rather delightful...I can imagine a bronze or silver base resembling a tropical island, set with a grove of glass palm trees...

Aww thank you! This was when she was younger she is 4 now!
She is an oriental, Siamese mix.
When I saw the little black mark on her mouth I had to have her! Lol
It’s quite a unique marking I think so cool to hear you had a similar looking cat.
6 toes! Now that’s unique lol.
