Hello again everyone, posted before, this is the other clock I recently bought and trying to find a possible date for the clock!!
Photos I included here are the 'before and after' shots of the clock and writing on back of clock.
Here is a link to the clock I bought from 'exibit collection' where there is the info they give and photos and video of the clock.
    https://exibitcollection.com.au/collections/mantel-clock/products/restored-original-antique-sessions-usa-mantel-clock-1835
Alright, would anyone know a possible likely date for this clock?
Thanks all, hope you all have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

Nice job. Are you a collector or dealer?

      Hello, thanks for replies!!
Bruce, I'm not a dealer, can I say I'm a collector if I have only just bought 2 clocks, lol, but I am going to be buying more, I want to be a collector!!
Sean, yes thanks, I really think the clock is beautiful.
But to be clear here, I have not restored these clocks, the place where I bought them did that, they seem pretty good, this is the link to their site. I'm Australian btw, the site in Australia. You can see many clocks here restored or old clocks made to work with battery.

Anyways, yes, trying to find dates for these clocks, this one the other one I posted at same time, the EJU Westminster Mantel Clock!!

The style points to late 19th century.

Thanks so much Golgatha, I was hoping it was something like that. Do you know what my other clock is dated, the EJU Westminster Mantel Clock, I posted that here also just before this one.

      Hi GaryzGary,

Yes, your Dealer did some very fine work on your clocks. The Sessions is a model they called "Clyde" from circa 1908. Your example could have been manufactured several years before or after that date. It originally listed for $9.45. Roughly $270 in 2020 dollars: https://www.in2013dollars.com/us/inflation/1908?amount=9.45

It does show up in another Collectors Weekly write up from a few years ago: https://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/82245-my-inherited-clock

      Time flies...

You can probably find other examples online with a keyword search.

I restore clocks also. I can't list them if they're on the market here of course, but I recognize good work and attention to detail when I see it. :)

      Thanks for sharing.
