    I do not know much about art. Was hoping someone knew if its worth anything. This painting look interesting, but other than name that in art. I do not know much to say.

      Sir Edwin Henry Landseer, English Painter, 1802-1873. Recently on Antiques Roadshow there was an appraisal for plates with his paintings, go to http://video.pbs.org/video/2080471486/

      What does the writing say? Can't make it out from the photo.
