Hello,
I picked up this gentleman recently and need help with any information you could provide. Could find no markings.He’s about 7” tall, with a velvet cape, metal (brass tin) boot covers .Don’t know if its made from, resign, plastic or possibly bisque? On a light wood pedestal.
