The pic is just one more from my tuning trip last week, because I needed some kinda pic for the showing.
Otherwise please indulge me in sharing this YouTube video link. I have no idea about the performers/etc, other than that there's no pipe organ involved, but it does sound like a *really* good piano accompanying the vocalists...?
This song/hymn has sorta become my personal 'theme song' recently, for a host of reasons that also don't belong here. Life is what it is, while any of us have it, and however it all plays itself out.

--EDIT-- shortly after initial posting -- here's another YouTube that 'splains the origin of the hymn itself. I didn't realize any of all that until just now.

Here's another YouTube with a particularly fine "soulful" interpretation. Also for the record, I have no connection/interest/ownership of any of these videos, they're just inspiring to me. :-)

And now after a longish morning spent doing what we call "tonal finishing" on our newest beast of an organ with my boss, I've mostly been released from official duty until next Monday or so. :-) AND meanwhile took the chance to dig a little deeper into the "It Is Well" history, discovering this either slightly too dramatic, or maybe perfectly dramatic (??) version performed by the famous Mormon Tabernacle Choir, including a complete description of the story that prompted the hymn in the first place. Hope y'all enjoy, and have the best possible holidaze celebrations that anybody is capable of nowadays.
