Identify porcelain hand coloured mark? Herend Hungary Porcelain?

Good afternoon. I bought this mug in an antique shop because I thought it was very nice. Talking to a friend, who knows a bit about these things, we noticed that it doesn't have any codes or numbering. There are no similar pieces either. Is it possible that it is a fake? Thanks for your kindness.
