Please help ID this

I purchased this lamp in an antique store. I'm just curious about it. The base is brass with a floral motif around it and secured to a black disk. I'm not sure if the disk is original or not as the lamp has been rewired to modern standards. It feels a bit like an ArtNouveau style with the light floral design but I don't know anything about lamps. I'd appreciate help.
