Whodathunkit, not only were they still hanging in the closet where they should be -- but even more amazingly I still *can* fit into the d*mned things?!! <LOL>

This is the pair of pants mentioned in passing here, which also bear the same SEARS THE LEATHER SHOP tag inside. They are likely also sorta 1970's vintage, at least I don't think I really ever remember a "the leather shop" in a Sears store when I was a kid, and nowadays Sears has sadly mostly all went away... <sob>

This pair of pants is in otherwise excellent condition no matter how old they are, I still think I found them in a thrift store somewhere years ago for far less than they likely first cost. In fact the ends of their legs have never even been actually sewn/cuffed properly, remaining just folded inside themselves once or twice. (depending on what pair of boots I might occasionally wear them with) Pic 4 is the tags inside, pic 3 is courtesy of my partner that took that pic with me actually "modeling" them...mebbe I shouldn't post that one but what the heck... <giggle>

Still a fun 'fashion statement' every so often...the last time I think I really wore 'em out anywhere was for the final formal 'gala dinner' to conclude an industrial convention in a $$ hotel ballroom someplace also too many yrs ago now...? <LOLOL>

Wow! i guess unlike me, your shape/size has remained the same over the years. As for myself, let's just say i've evolved a lot! a whole lot!

That's a very kind thing to suggest/comment ho2cultcha -- but also not quite true -- let's just say I myself "evolved" then "devolved" again over however long I've had these pants...what's trying to not hang over the beltline in pic 3 never used to be there...<virtual hugzz>

(my other pair of leather jeans I'm completely sure I couldn't even squeeze into nowadays...I got that pair in my 28" waist days and they were skin tight then...oh, the 1980's...I haven't re-found those yet but they're here somewhere too... <rotflmao>)
