I would consider that a rare piece - how that is a plus for the collector, as you know. Jenni your animals are all very nice. Lori
Not a glass house I know and it’s amazing you have a piece from such a short loved studio.
I’m really interested in the way they have made the top fin from the body and not added one. Very clever.
Cute little angel fish!!!
Thank you so much for the love

Thanks Lori for the lovely praise and yes, this fish was a rare find for me finding out that little glassmaker was only around for five years - seems Sweden like the US had quite a few glass co's around that time so besides the competition a lot of the glass blowers moved around (some migrating to US co's like Blenko), it would have been challenging for a small co to keep afloat
Karen thank you for your wonderful comment, I'm always happy to find a rare glassmaker and of course that label really helps with the i.d. Like you I was intrigued by that unusual top fin, I had no hesitation wanting this pretty lil fishy his design is simple but elegant, something often seen in Swedish glass animals
Thank you Scott for the great praise for this angel fish, I think it's a pretty cute lil guy too, and is very special to me for being my one & only from this Urshult company - hopefully can find more of their animals they made nice designs
Very cool little orange fish- I like his shape, it reminds me of those fancy...angelfish? I think that's what they're called?! The ones with the really tall fins?! Or even with his gold colour maybe a fancy goldfish?!
Thanks Lauren & Rob for the love, it's truly nice of you and I'm very grateful for the support and appreciation :)
Lauren thank you for your terrific comment I am so happy you liked my little Swedish fish! Yes besides angel fish he could definitely be a goldfish, the top fin is really cool on this glass fellow, kind of looks like they pressed it with a thumb then made line impressions (same with the tail). At any rate it appears to be quite a happy fishy
Many thanks for the kind love all
