    WWII uniform (shirt, garrison) belonging to my grandfather. Don't know too much information other than he served in the Big Red One (I know this from stories he told before he passed). Patch appears to be of a Seargeant First Class (thanks, Scott) Any other information would be helpful!

      It appears to be WW2 era shirt with Sergeant First Class (SFC) rank insignia.

      The hat is called a garrison hat.
