    THIS IS WOOD AND HAS A BRASS PLATE IN THE TOP. THE INSCRIPTION SAYS A CENTURY OF PROGRESS 1934 FORD. NO IDEAL AS TO IF IT IS A SHIFT KNOB OR SOME KIND OF CONTROL KNOB.

      IT IS A THREADED CUP APPROX. 3/8 INCH IN DIAMETER. LOOKS TO BE BRASS.

      I am researching some items for a famiy member who has a gear shift knob identical to this one. Have you ever found out the value? It seems to be a rather rare item, not much information published on the internet about it.
