1948 Minnesota License Plates
10" x 5 1/2"
Picked these up yesterday along with the Washington plates. This pair is in great shape for their age.
This black & white theme would look great on an old Mercury hot rod or T Bucket.
As early as 1903, Minnesota required residents to register their motor vehicles. Just like the Washington history, in the beginning you were responsible for creating a plate for your vehicle.
In 1909, Minnesota started to issue license plates.
