MOO ROO rhinestone crested Fish Brooch

MOO ROO rhinestone crested Fish Brooch. the fish measures 3" long by 2" at the fins. there are gold RS on his head and then blue and smokey RS on the body. Really quite a nice brooch.

I really don't have alot of information on the company, the main product was designer purses with Ostrich Feathers for one, they did make jewelry but there is little info found. Except for the following:
