My summer Tiffin stemware

I'm dreaming of summer dinners with friends using this delicate stemware. The glass is very thin and love the raised optic design on the inside of the glass as well as the color. It's Uranium glass and thinking it may be by Tiffin? Also wondering if it can be handblown due to the thinness? So much finer than the other depression era glass I own.
