This is known as a "Domino" tray and I've read it was designed to hold a cream jug with sugar lumps around the outside. Made by Anchor Hocking from 1930-34 it is 7 1/4" across. Apparently the original design was "Springtime" by Monongah glass, AH bought them out. This dish carries part of the design, the inner circle and the ring of swags. The full design also has an extra outer ring with dancers as part of the pattern and is sometimes known as "Cameo Ballerina". Some pieces just have the inner circle and the dancer ring.
