The votive cup part is what I have no idea of what it actually is. I do know that it glows under black light. From the base to the top of the flower it is 3” not including the peg and 2.25” across the opening of the cup. Each cup has a small crack. They have a smooth surface.
The glass most likely contains Uranium oxide.
