I have been looking for so long that I am seeing glowing glass patterns in my sleep! I am hoping someone can tell me the pattern and maker. Also, I've always assumed that it's a sugar bowl. Am I right? Thank you, thank you!!

yes, it's a 'Princess' sugar bowl by Anchor Hocking; depression glass from early 1930s.
