I am trying to see if this quilt is possibly a Rosie Lee Tompkins quilt. Any help in identifying would be appreciated.

You don’t show much of the quilt but from the small portion you do show, I think I’m seeing pieces of yarn indicating your quilt is “tied” instead of the top, batting and backing being stitched together. Using a stitch here and there, such as that, is a short -cut method of attaching the 3 layers together. It doesn’t hold up very well.
There are many pictures online of Rosie Lee Tompkins quilts so maybe you can research if that was a method she used.

Yes, this quilt is “tied”. As I browsed through the other quilt postings, I see outer makers who also do this wild patchwork. It’s frustrating that there is no signature on my piece!

You can post 4 pictures. It would be helpful if you would edit your post to add 2 more pictures showing the front and back spread out neatly. Picture 2 is difficult to understand...is that green print fabric the backing or a part of the front?
You may never know who made your quilt since the maker did not sign it.
The age of the quilt would be judged by the newest fabric in it.

The fabric used appears from 1930 to 1960's era
