Here's another pair very similarly styled to the silver colored pair just shown, but these are brass (tone?) with wood inset only on their front sides. The larger of these is about 6-1/2" L, the smaller 5-1/4"L.
Once more I really don't know anything about them -- CLUES WELCOMED!! :-) :-) :-)
Wonder if the skull and crossbones have something to do with the Mexican Day of the Dead? Is it unusual to have a skull and crossbones on a crucifix? I am an atheist so no clue about stuff like that....
