Hi everyone. Today I am curious about this light blue hat. It appears to be an EAPG novelty but I have searched most of Ruth Lee Webbs books and can't seem to find it. Could this be a more recent repro possibly? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone.

If you turned it ‘upside down’, would the ‘hat brim’ make a little pouring spout? Would it sit flat that way? I’m thinking it might be a little individual container for something liquid....cream, maybe?

Thank you so much again Tallcakes.......even after looking thru what research books I have and not finding it I still knew it was a good piece.

In your opinion....would this be a scarce or rare piece?
