Storong Rough Mask Man

I'm always buying interesting fabric and a lot of them are women's scarves. When i lived in Thailand many eons ago, we collected Thai clothing with funny interpretations of English words on them. This one takes the cake though! It was probably made in Asia for the Mexican market. Or maybe someone else has a different idea??
