Hello. I need your advice on these cascade glass earclips that I bought at a trist shop. They are well bade and all the beads are glassbeads. The shape and style of the larger beads are a bit art deco looking to me but I don't know the age of these. One problem is that I first thought they were marked W Germany which would mean they where made either from 1949 to 1990. But the marks on both looks like N Germany to me?! If I see it right it is the first time I see that. Maybe there is something wrong with my eyesight? Any thoughts on this - not my eyesight but what the marks say :) - and the age of these earclips are welcome.

Thanks for you answer Ms.ChrystalShip. The 50's is my feeling too...

They are beautiful -- I love red jewelry too, even though (as a guy) I'd look even stranger wearing these earrings, than the ones I already wear...? <lol>

FWIW, I'm reading their marks as 'W GERMANY' too, with the leading edge of the W not as well stamped. Sorry I can't offer any more help...

AnythingObscure thanks! They are a little too much for me too but I am hoping for some extravagant parties ones corona is over :) I am thinking they might look a bit crazy cool if I put my hear up and wear a black dress with them and no other jewelry. Might be able to pull it off ha ha :)

Ok thank you Valentino. If you all see a w it must be a w :) even if it looks strange to me ha ha. Thanks for your coment Val. So most likely W Germany.
