She's a composition doll, not bisque. Bisque is porcelain. She's most likely an Effanbee doll.

Your doll is made of Hard Plastic and looks like Sweet Sue doll but What is wrong with head it is separated from neck . Does her head turn when you move her legs ? and are her feet high heel feet or flat ?

Thank you! It’s head doesn’t move with the legs but circles 360, her head pops up if you pull it. Her feet are flat

Her head mechanism is broke . Yes Sweet Sue Walker .When a Walker dolls head mechanism breaks it would be a huge project to fix if you could. I would enjoy her as is :-)

Going back to ask a question . Do you see a rubber band when you pull head up ? I doubt it but could you check?

Sure! I did not see a rubber band
