I've had this bank since I was a kid. My uncle worked for planters
and brought this over on one of his visits. I have very few things left from my childhood and am amazed this is still around.
Thanks for looking

I've got one of these that is the standard peanut color and have seen many in blue, red, and yellow, but NEVER this color. This is amazing. Oddly enough, one of my great uncles worked for Standard Brands in Toledo, Ohio and was a salesman for Planter's Peanuts (then owned by Standard Brands).
When i was a kid there was a Planter's peanut store on the boardwalk in Atlantic City. My grandmother would take us there for Mr Peanut cups, whistles, pencils, and all sorts of Mr Peanut paraphranalia.
I, too, have the same bank, only in red..can anyone out there tell me (because of its age) whether or not the glue on the seam discolours? Mine looks like it could have been reglued .
