My grandfather purchased this lamp around 1965 for my grandmother. It is marked Fuggiti Studios. The furniture store he bought it from told him it was a one of a kind lamp that they broke the mold after they made it.
I have two quetions. How unique is it?
What is the replacement value for insurance purposes?
I have a table base with the same marking...very elaborate...I am also interested in furniture, etal made by Fuggiti. My piece is liocated in Tennessee and I can only find one other piece on ebay which is also a lamp but not as unique as yours....Good Luck.
I bought a coffee table in Nashville, TN 10 years ago. It has a round white marble top about 3ft across, with a ornate gold pedestal base with 1965 Fuggiti Studios. I haven't been able to find much out about it either.
I have a lamp dated 1960 with Fuggiti studios. It appears to be ceramic. I am in Oklahama. Any info regarding this lamp would be welcome.
I have the same piece but with pedestal. I would like to know what it is called ????
Don't believe the furniture store, lamp is not one of a kind.
Fuggiti Studios closed their doors in May of 1998'
Many of the molds still exist.
I have a Fuggiti Studios gold leaf pedestal ceramic table with glass top. Any suggestions how to value to sell?.
I am the daughter of the owner of Fuggiti Studios Inc.. The company did close it's doors in 1998 and the molds were sold to a company in Canada. The black moro lamp was not a one of a kind lamp.
