Pre-WWII Bird of Paradise

here is a brooch that I have had for several years now, and all my research can not identify this beautiful 1930's circa Bird of Paradise brooch in pot metal with large non-foil stones. the colors of the stones lite pink, pink and purple. the pin was replaced by me).
measurements are 3 3/8" tall by 2 1/2" at the widest point. I do not know the designer however , I have found a few similar birds broochs hat resemble this one, made by FRED GRAY, but not confirmed.
