Looks old, chest has no: 16(description).
Arms are cut and missing. Toes are made from cardboard. I just like face painting.
How old, origin, is it model for...?

Mani will know but it looks very interesting.
Your doll appears to be a fertility doll made by a tribe . Not sure which country doesn't look Asian or African but maybe a Mexican or Spanish look to it . It is a she and they made her be crudely anatomically correct . Dating her in late 1900s after 1950s is a guess . Very cool doll . Wish I could tell you more .
Surely it is a religious figure to dress, the arms are articulated at the elbow, they go together with wire or wood, to be able to hold the baby Jesus, I notice that the face is very roughly repainted, it is a possibly colonial figure.
Forget to say that hands and arm (which are missing) could be made of another material, for example papier-mâché
Thanks for answers, i'd like to think this is colonial piece but we never know.
