Antique 14k gold ring

Hello everyone. I have been collecting lots of jewelry as of lately. This ring just came in the store I buy from. I have been thinking of trading for a nice ring I don't wear anymore. I am sorry I only have one picture of this. I can get more in a few days. As this is still at the store. I also have another one i will post next. I would add it to this one. But it deserves its own post. But I'll put second picture the next ring. Just in case you miss the next post. Or until I get better pictures of the ring. I'll edit post. I would love thoughts. One of the stones seems off to me. Maybe replacement? or just how it was made being old? Lots of beautiful details in the filigree gold work. The second ring is much older. Old diamonds, with black enamel. I almost want to buy them both. But do not need or couldn't wear both, with what I already wear. Also I should mention the box does not go with this ring. It's just in it to look nice. So no connection to that jeweler.
