Here it is. Not a vintage box. Plays CDs, not 45s. That is exactly what I wanted. Easier to maintain and the media is easier to get. I was in my early 20 when CDs first came out. Have a bunch of them and find that they get played far more in the jukebox than if they have to be loaded one at a time. This jukebox came out of a honky-tonk in Kentucky. It had a hard life from the looks of it. We don't smoke and it took hours of cleaning to get it to stop making the house smell like cigarette smoke. It still has some country in it thanks to my wife, but mostly is full of my classic rock and blues. It needs some cosmetic parts, but they are hard to track down. I know these boxes get gutted and the cabinets thrown out all the time. Unless they are pristine, they aren't worth much. If anyone knows were I can get the top or bottom glass, or the mirrored panel under the bottom glass, please let me know. Oh, and it needs the bezel for the bill changer as well.

Any good glass shop should be able to cut you some glass. Cool setup...I have a 400 disc Sony DVD carousel that I use for my large CD collection. You can hook up a keyboard and input stuff for the on screen menu.

I was going to say the same thing - you can have glass cut for it. The bezel can probably be found on like. Google.

OH WAIT! You mean the big MOLDED glass top where the crack is? Hmm - that call for a glass repairman! A good one that does windshields can probably do it pretty well. They have that magic crack fill-in stuff.

Really makes one look at the usefulness. I think also if I had one all my c.d.'s would not gone on a waste list.

Thanks to everyone that loved it. Celiene is right about the glass. The molded piece on the bottom will have to come from a donor box. The glass on top is, unfortunately not just a flat piece of glass ether. It has graphics printed on the back, including mirroring. The mirroring is delaminating. I have been looking for a donor box with the right parts for years. I'm near Nashville, but would do some driving to get one.

Well the mirrored panel under the bottom glass just got replaced last weekend. Found one on eBay. One thing at a time.
