Hi,so the other day I was taking a walk in my neighborhood on a sunny morning and found this wonderful chair sitting on the street it’s upholstery is ripped on the back (a cat ?) the seat needs springs need to be retried as the seat sinks the What is very nicely heavily carved with wonderful claw seat and car flowers etc. I believe the word to be oak possibly has some tiger oak/quartersawn oak would love to know when this may be in Produce 19 century or 18 century? And its value and possibly what I should reupholstering thanks so much for reading.

Probably 1960s. That would be my guess.
