Found this DX porcelain pump sign in Lafayette, Indiana this summer out picking one day. This old sign is still in pretty good shape. The red, white and blue looks nice together on the sign.

It just kills me that these iconic gas pump signs don't bring the value that other corporate pump signs bring. My father was atD-X jobber from 1964 until 1980. Since our business was in the Tulsa Oklahoma area, we were allowed to fly theD-X logo even after Sunoco bought them out. We eventually went to Sinclair oil company until 2002. Since we had several retail outlets, I amassed manyD-X porcelain signs, mostly pump signs. I recently auctioned a mint condition pump sign like yours and it only brought $80! Mike
Thank you mikielikesigns2 for stopping by and showing some love! Be patient and I think someday they will.
