My friend received an item from a relative they say they purchased in Paris. The relative told her this was a "Limoges" and alluded that it was an expensive item. Since I dabble a little bit in vintage items she asked me what I could find out.
From my research, I cannot find this pattern, as well as to my understanding, Limoges will always have France stamped on it as well. Do I need to let my friend know this is a fake? Or are my amateur skills failing here?
