I can not find any markings on her anywhere. Her clothing tag says Horsman, I have been looking at the site and can not find anything close to her. I would like to know how old she is etc. All bisque head, arms and legs, with cloth body.

Your doll is a modern doll wearing a vintage Horseman dress . She is from the 1980s-90s In a doll making class by a hobbyist not factory made .. Someone put a old dress on her . Is back of her neck marked ? By person that made her ? . Many were made in doll making class form blank molds you would paint and the ceramic studio would fire the paint for you . Some of these type dolls were sold on home shopping shows ,magazines and doll shows . The person who painted and made your doll should have put their initials on back of her neck . They make nice decor dolls and were never intended to be toys.

The person that made her likely had this old dress that would fit her . You can soak the dress in oxiclean and lay flat to dry as it needs to be cleaned so preserve it :-) Don't wring it but roll in a towel to get out excess water . If you see a name or mark on back of neck let me know . I can't say if she is a reproduction of a antique doll or a modern artist sculpt

Manikin, she has no markings what so ever on her. I got her at an antique store and all the owner there said was something about Arizona? Not sure what he was talking about.

It is a made in a doll making class by a hobbyist not factory doll. They had many of these shops were you could paint a blank mold and but the bodies, wigs ect from owner of studio . Some people made the clothes but the person that had your doll preferred to have her in a vintage dress . It is not her's and she is not a Horseman doll. She was perhaps made by someone in Arizona or the family it came from was in AZ. I hope the antique shop did not sell as a antique or even vintage . Shame on them if they mislead you . I would say 1980s -90s . She will look cute on display and if you enjoy her that is all that matters really. Welcome to CW and come back again ! Be sure and clean dress it is darling and starting to deteriorate .

Manikin, her dress won't make it thru even a hand wash. It rips easily. I only paid 20.00 for her. Thank you for all your help.
