OK, I say "most of" since I kinda forcefully removed most of the inner parts of this thing yesterday. Hammer/large screwdriver/pry bar = 3 ..... various spot welds = 0. <lol>
Rest assured I've got a reason why (at least I think I do?) and the heater wasn't worth saving anyway -- in fact, I only set it aside from a scrap metal run (from cleanout house #1 last year) because half the radiants then in it weren't busted yet. (and they're still safe)
If I get my way about it, the next week or so *might* end up giving this ugly old heater an unexpected extra stop along its path from "appliance" to "scrap"...STAY TUNED . . . ;-) ;-) ;-) :-) :-) :-)
------------EDIT, the next day------------
Just added pic #2...I told y'all I killed the thing... <lolol>
------------EDIT, a week later------------
And here we have it -- once a heater, now a planter??! :-)

For anybody that didn't believe me when I said I disressembled the thing, there's now a pic#2 of the former guts... ;-) ;-)
And the result is now at the new showing now linked in this one -- it ain't quite a heater anymore, at all?! :-)
