Here is an interesting soda bottle from my recent finds that I thought some of you may enjoy taking a look at. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated on the item as well. It seems to be one of the not so common ones for I am not able to find one with this exact variation.
As always I appreciated you taking a look. Please have an awesome and blessed day! : )
electobacco_ I am from Saginaw,Michigan-the two local beverage companies I remember are Chapman Beverage and National Beverage-hope this helps you.
Thank you Lee for the information. Yes it does help. I am not able to find anything on Plas Bottling. It may not have been around that long. Great to see another Michigander on here! : )
bottle-bud thank you for stopping by and enjoying this item. Have an awesome remainder of the week my friend! : )
Thank you once again junkmanjoe for the love.....
I have the same bottle in excellant condition. Mine is exactly like yours in the picture, but is bottled by Nesbitt Bottling Co. in Mt. Clemens MICH. I am from near there and am trying to find help getting an appraisal. all the bottles I have found online so far are exactly like yours from Saginaw. maybe you can help?!! I am looking to possibly sell it.
I appreciate the comment jjooddii. Hopefully you had some luck on researching your bottle. You may want to post it on here with some pictures. Then the vast knowledge of people on the site can possibly help you.
I have a wooden packing box labeled Plas Beverages, Plas Bottling Company, Saginaw, MI. Unfortunately no year is included on it. I live 35 miles west of Saginaw.
My Grandfather Joe Plas opened the Plas Bottling Co in 1938 on South 13th ave in Saginaw - He sold it in 1953, along with all the bottles. He bottled Deacon Jones, Bubble up, and Plas pop. The last Deacon Jones bottle from Plas that was posted on ebay sold for $78 on ebay.
