I’ve always wanted one of these old scales I would always see at the butcher shop but never wanted to pay what they wanted for them. The other day as I saw some guys unloading stuff in to a storage unit I commented on this scale that was on the floor and the owner asked if I liked it. I, of course, told him how cool I thought it was. He then asked if I wanted it. I responded, “of course I want it I’ve always wanted one”. He then told his workers to load it in my truck! Really? I still can’t believe that happened!

U are right! I stood in awe as a person I never met before gifted me this cool antique scale as well as putting it in my truck for me! That’s a moment to remember!
