Gold ring has a bit of a coppery color. No patina associated with copper and Does not turn the skin green.. gold is not very thick.. Story is it is my great grandmother's, made from panned gold (no idea who or if it was even family). Probably made in the western United States. Does not have karat marking, but a very distinct and clear hallmark stamp. Would be great if anyone knows about the marking.
