Can anyone identify this please? Bought in Boston. No identifying marks unfortunately. Google is turning up nothing. Possibly silver, and looks like milk glass?

I think it is opalescent glass (moonstone), try that in your search. Lori

Does it have a blue tint to the stone. Tap with your tooth to see if they are stone or could be bakelite. The chain looks around the 1930. Very pretty, could you please take a couple more photos of the leaves in focus and and closer one of the chain.

It feels more like a stone than bakelite. And it does have a blue tinge.

Could be agate or maybe moonstone. It is pretty necklace.

Do some research on them leaves you might find who the maker could be, they are very distinctive, maybe American Crafts and Arts.
