Porcelain (?) figure of three ladies - unmarked - help identifying? Possibly 1940s-ish

Inherited from my great grandparents' collection, so possibly from the 40s or 50s! I assume it's a replica due to it being unmarked and having a large hole in the base, but I'm new to all of this stuff so I don't know very much about it all. Anyone recognise this style of figurine?
