This is a recent find of mine that I would appreciate some help on since I know nothing about it. It has S.S. & Co. stamped on it. I guess some older Tiffany stuff has an SS stamped on it. Is it possibly even from WWII or WWI? Or is it a US Lighthouse Oil Measure Cup?? It seems to be from sometime in the 1800's possibly the Civil War timeframe. Maybe late 1800's. I am not sure. It seems to look like the one item posted on here at this link:

    http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/27504-us-lighthouse-oil-measure-cup-staten-isl

A magnet does not stick to it. So it seems to be brass. It stands about 3 1/2 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter at the base. It looks like it has rivets in it to put the pieces together.

Thank you for looking as always and have an awesome one my friends! : )
