    Looking if anyone who would know the year this was made the glasses are in excellent condition it’s cool that the handle folds up to a basket and when you set it down the handle just drops itself so you can grab the glass

      Thank you TallCakes for that clue! I've known the term 'jelly jar glasses' my whole life (Mom had bunches, and never fussed if we kids busted one) but didn't realize the mfr's did it with peanut butter too...certainly stands to reason, though... :-)

      not sure if these were made for peanut butter glasses (or not) but noticed the Federal shield mark on the bottom, and looks to be their 'Cosmos' pattern. "R" has these noted as 1949 and here's a set with a similar caddy:
