This is a silver cuff bracelet marked Taxco 950 with block letters RM on the inside. I purchased this bracelet over twenty years ago along with some other vintage jewelry at an auction. This piece just caught my eye and I wear it quite often....getting many comments over the years. The bracelet is very heavy, 1 - 5/16 " wide with diagonal lines on either side of the center design. I was wondering if the bracelet is Art Deco or what it's value might be.
Here's the link to Mexican silver marks that hopefully, will help to date the bracelet.

Thank you for your comment and I have looked on that link previously and finding nothing. I have looked at the library for silver marks and not found this particular one. Would like to know when and by whom it was made.
Rafael Melendez was a noted Silversmith who first worked with Spratling in 1932. He opened his own Taller in 1939 and employed many Taxco notables, including Pedro Castillo. He sold his land in Taxco Viejo to Spratling, which ultimately became the Spratling Ranch.

For what it is worth, I have a very similar - fairly identical - bracelet, that is stamped by Maricela/Taxco (ISIDRO GARCIA PINA). Pina's daughter's name was Maricela, and he named his work after her. I believe he opened his shop in 1943.
