Mystery silver necklace - Middle Eastern Modernist

Hello,

I found this very modernist looking necklace in a thrift store recently and can not seem to find anything similar to to it online. Fairly certain it is silver as it was tarnished and cleaned as such. It does have what appear to be a makers mark and possible hallmark but I believe they are Arabic. Would really love to know more. Any information or advice would be much appreciated.
