Good Morning,
Thank you for your valued information. I found this at my Aunt’s camp. It has a 3 1/8” diameter at the base. I’m thinking it’s a light globe. Any information would be helpful. Much appreciated, thanks.

That's far too pretty to be just a utilitarian beacon globe, I'd imagine it as a pendant lamp instead, someplace a little fancier than the typical milk-glass globes would be found. I bet it looks beautiful illuminated?! :-)
that crackle motif and acorn shape were popular in the art deco and depression era. here's a similar lamp
