What is your interpretation of the scene?
This reminds me of seeing a shift of workers of the cotton mill getting off work….headed home on foot, slightly stooped from fatigue but in a hurry to get home. Most mill workers lived in the mill village, as my grandparents did.
Children waiting just off the premesis for their parents to emerge from the masses pouring thru the gate….that looks so familiar to me.
      I love your print!

Thank you, a very good interpretation.
