      Your vase is Czech, and produced ca 1925. I am not sure the maker has ever been identified, which is true for a good portion of this type of glass.

      Is what they use to call a pheonix vessal. Is based on a very old style of glass making. I may not be correct. Recalling from memory.

      I think this kind of work (foot tooling and glass mold) has been attributed to Wilhelm Kralik, also this type of glasswork can have variations with tango colors - fantastic piece
