Went to the charity shop today and for some reason they were FULL of items(more of which I'll probably upload within the next few days!) This trio consist of two little brooches and a ring. The ring isn't silver, it doesn't seem to have any mark on it so I guest the stone is just something used in costume jewelry but it does remind me of a moonstone which I've always loved and would like to own a piece of jewelry made of them.(Maybe one day!) The second one is of a really beautiful little brooch I happened upon depicting a lizard and done in paua shell. It's a STUNNINGLY beautiful piece with all kinds of blue hues in it that no picture can do it justice. I've already found a Kiwi bird pendant in paua shell so this was a lovely find!
He's my favorite find in a while- I can picture him crawling on a scorching rock on a tropical island somewhere....
The last brooch is a little swallow(or even a dove...?) done in something that looks like mother of pearl, though I'm not sure if it really is that or not.

Fantastic jewelry finds I love them all! The lovely ring does look like a moonstone, the pearly little dove is adorable, and the paua shell lizard is absolutely awesome :)
